The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, actual guest on tour and Visitbeijingchina.com. By purchasing any tours or Beijing travel service via Visitbeijingchina.com, you are automatically assumed to agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This website is offered to you, conditioned on your acceptance without any amendments of the terms, conditions and special remarks contained herein. Therefore, please be sure to read carefully, understand and accept the following terms.

Reservation
Once we received your booking inquiry, one of Visitbeijingchina.com experienced travel consultants will begin to take care of your case in creating a wonderful travel plan in Beijing. All your special requests and requirements will be taken into consideration and outcome with an exclusive travel itinerary for you within 24 hours.
After receiving our travel proposal, you may request for changes or amendments without extra charges. When tour proposal meet all your requirements and you are happy with it, we will confirm your booking. A confirmation letter including complete travel itinerary will be issued.
Depending on your selection of tour, you might need to place advance payment from 50% up to 100%. In case for reservation of flights or train tickets as well as hotel reservation, full advance payment is necessary.
Special remarks:
***Full advance payment is required for Beijing Half Day Tour and Beijing One Day Tour. In case of Beijing Package Tours, advance payment at 50% of the total amount will be required and the balance of the amount can be paid on the spot during the tour.
***Yangtze Cruise Tours require 100% advanced payment.

Payment
We accept 3 ways of payment:
1. Credit Card
2. Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)
3. Western Union Transfer
Your travel consultant will provide you with more information about payment guide.
***All our tour rates quoted on the website are in both USD and RMB. Anyway, your final payment will be calculated in RMB instead of USD due to the fluctuation of exchange rate for USD.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy for Tour
The cancellation policy will apply once your booking is confirmed. In case of any reason of cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged accordingly.
1. 30 days and above before tour begins: 30% of the total amount
2. 29 to 15 days before tour begins: 40% of the total amount
3. 14 to 8 days before tour begins: 50% of the total amount
4. 7 to 0 days before tour begins: 100% of the total amount
***There will be no refund for unused services as a result of your early departure, late arrival or missed days on tours.

Cancellation Policy for Car Rental and transfer
Cancellation Policy for Car Rental and transfer is relatively looser in comparison with the cancellation policy for tours.
1. No cancellation fee apply if cancellation is made 4 days and above prior to arrival. Advance payment will be refunded to your credit card within 45 days. All bank charges for the transaction are on guest account.
2. For cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival, cancellation fee at 50% of the total amount will be applied. The balance of the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 45 days. All bank charges for the transaction are on guest account.

Money back Guarantee

We guarantee that all our services; arrangements as well as promises will be kept throughout your entire tour. We allow you to enjoy wallet free tour at compulsory no tourist restaurants, shopping traps as well as hidden costs. If you purchase our tour, no one will be asking you for tips, no surprise destinations in between and everything will go smoothly according to what we promised. If your Beijing private tour guide does not perform as per promised especially regarding tipping and shopping, we will refund land service cost (exclude hotel accommodation, flight or train fares, attraction entrance fees and meal costs) for the relevant city immediately.

Amendments
Booking amendments can be made during the planning stage of the travel proposal. Once the booking has been confirmed, charges will be applied for each amendment makes on the entire travel itinerary.

Itinerary Deviations
Visitbeijingchina.com reserves the right to modify entire travel itinerary in case of bad weather, heavy traffic congestion, or any other conditions beyond our control. In this case, any increment or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and either charged or refund to you accordingly. Anyway, if the itinerary deviation occurs on your request, then you are required to pay all additional cost in advance.

Arbitration Agreement
Any controversy or claim relating the trip shall be settled solely and exclusively in Beijing, China, based on the terms in English.

Complaints and Claims
If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may lodge complaint via your Beijing private tour guide or your travel agent on the spot in order to avoid the possibility of similar problems to occur again throughout your trip.
Do contact us in written form, wither email or fax within 15 days from the end of your tour for any complaints or compensation. Please attached relevant receipts and substantiating evidence together with the letter. Visitbeijingchina.com shall not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

Responsibility
The responsibility of Visitbeijingchina.com and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. Visitbeijingchina.com should not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions or failure to act of any suppliers such as those of surface, air, and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise or hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or operated by Visitbeijingchina.com. By utilizing the travel services of the operators, you agree that you will look to such operators for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither Visitbeijingchina.com nor any representative of Visitbeijingchina.com shall be liable.
Without limitation, Visitbeijingchina.com is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from – but not limited to – acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes of other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Visitbeijingchina.com. Nor is Visitbeijingchina.com responsible for the stolen and loss of your valuable items due to your own negligence.
Visitbeijingchina.com is not responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulations.
Visitbeijingchina.com reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar quality at any time or to make changes in itinerary of similar quality, flights, or cruise ships, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Visitbeijingchina.com has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Visitbeijingchina.com is liable for a full refund of the money received by Visitbeijingchina.com. If you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure that your agent explains the conditions under which the ticket is issued as Visitbeijingchina.com is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.
Visitbeijingchina.com reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the program price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
Please understand that not all museums and attractions are open every day of the year. Visitbeijingchina.com reserves the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to re-route the order of cities if that will enable you to visit all listed excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.
Many of Visitbeijingchina.com tour packages include activities that require care attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Visitbeijingchina.com, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.
